Hidden inside the great iconic Grade-I-listed building near Bank Station, the private rooms of the Royal Exchange are perfect for holding professional or private events, away from the hustle and bustle of the City.
Each room is beautifully designed with space and glamour in mind, taking inspiration from the building itself.
The Threadneedle Room is a completely enclosed space, ideal for a quiet meeting or an intimate dinner for up to 20 guests.
If you are looking for a larger room for up to 28 – 24 boardroom style – that offers fantastic views over the courtyard, we would suggest hiring out the Cornhill Room.
Both rooms can be hired out for up to 40 seated on two tables or for up to 50 guests for standing receptions and are available for breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks receptions and all-day meetings.
For groups of up to 65, Sauterelle, our fine dining restaurant can be hired out exclusively for lunch or dinner.
This room is located on the mezzanine floor that overlooks the magnificent courtyard with its unique architecture. Slightly away from the crowd, with soft lighting, you can observe the buzzy Grand Café below while remaining in a little gem of peace and tranquillity. Heading up the Royal Exchange’s kitchen is Stefano Leone who is constantly creating and conjuring up new modern European dishes. Next in line is another Piero Leone, whose creative flair and innovation makes him the perfect fit for Sauterelle.
We also cater for large standing receptions and corporate functions for up to 800 guests and up to 300 guests for a sit-down dinner.
