    Herbert Berger, three times winner of the coveted Michelin star has taken over all catering at Innholder’s Hall.

    Most recently he was Chef Partner at 1 Lombard Street where from the outset he established it as one of the city’s favourite eateries and events venue, as well as gaining a Michelin star for the fine dining Restaurant.

    Prior to this he was Executive Chef at the Cafe Royal, one of London’s best known banqueting venues and home to the Michelin-starred Grill Room. In previous roles he was Head Chef at the Mirabelle, executive sous chef at Claridge’s and sous-chef under legendary Michel Bourdin at the Connaught.

    Herbert is introducing his contemporary, classic and seasonal cooking using carefully sourced ingredients.  With his background and experience, and knowledge of the City he shall take great pride in this prestigious contract.

    Herbert is delighted to be returning to the City and making Innholders Hall a destination for great food and wine set in this stunning and historic institution dating back to 1473.
