With cellars housing around 15,000 wines across both sites and cheese rooms featuring 40 – 50 different cheeses from all over Europe, we are sure everyone can find something to their liking.
Vivat Bacchus is about robust, rustic food with a modern twist, cooked to perfection, impeccable customer service and congenial hospitality.
Our events team are ready to help you organise the perfect event, be it parties, business and corporate meetings, drinks and canapé receptions, private wine and/or cheese tastings, engagements and even wedding receptions!
Our modern decor, with a slight industrial feel from exposed pipes and open ceilings, creates a relaxed, no-nonsense atmosphere and as great wines have been at the heart of the Vivat Bacchus offering it was only natural that our private rooms are wine themed.
The four Vivat Bacchus Farringdon rooms are named after great wineries or wines; Louis Roederer, Rustenberg Peter Barlow, Rustenberg Five Soldiers and Meerlust and are all situated adjacent to one of our wine cellars.
As well as individual rooms there are options for combining the Rustenberg and Meerlust rooms for larger parties, seating up to 85 people, or using the areas for separate standing drinks and seating for dinner.
We offer special discounted wine prices for events held in the rooms if you only choose wines on our list from the room’s winery; a unique opportunity to treat your guests to some wonderful wines at amazing prices.
There is no room hire fee; minimum spends may apply.
