The Royal Horseguards Hotel and One Whitehall Place is situated in Whitehall Court, in an area with an interesting historical background. The landmark location is positioned on the Victoria Embankment and boasting spectacular views of the River Thames and London Eye.

One Whitehall Place is a grade II listed building with a number of unique function spaces all with ornate sculpted ceilings and glittering chandeliers.

These include The Gladstone Library, once a working library, today remains intact with faithful replicas of over 30,000 books surrounding the room to The River Room which was once the Ladies Waiting Room for the National Liberal Club.

Of course not forgetting hidden gem of the building, The Cellar, steeped in history the room is perfect private dining room for those with curious minds. According to local legend, an underground passage once ran from The Cellar under Horseguards Avenue to the Ministry of defence, and Whitehall.

Adjoining One Whitehall Place is The Royal Horseguards Hotel, offering even more private dining options including The Terrace Room.

The Terrace Room connects onto the outside Terrace, which is a secluded haven of outside space. Away from the hustle and bustle of London life, the hotel’s exterior provides a stunning backdrop – perfect for watching the sun set over the London skyline and the London Eye on the River.
