    Our function rooms are not merely functional. From the boardrooms and private dining rooms, to the grand ballroom, each has its own personality and individual character.

    The Ballroom

    Our grand ballroom has been meticulously restored to its Victorian splendour, evoking the era when aristocrats, debutantes and the crowned heads of Europe made it a prime London destination.

    Today, the grandeur remains, with the added attraction of discrete 21st century technology.

    During the day, the room is bathed in natural light from full height windows, whilst at night sparkling chandeliers reflect in the antique mirrors lining the walls.

    With its own private entrance from Whitehall Place, its own pantry and a large pre-function area, the magnificent space can be adapted to multiple social and corporate uses.

    The Courtroom

    Together, the crescent-shaped Courtroom, sheltered Colonnade and internal open-air Courtyard offer a range of possibilities.

    With a sizable pre-function area, the Courtroom can be used for formal and informal occasions ranging from presentations and briefings to buffets and banquets.

    Coffee or Champagne can be served in the Colonnade if required. Our paved courtyard is a tranquil space where guests can enjoy the open air… whatever the season.

    The area has under-floor heating and during the cooler months open fires at each end of the courtyard add a warm, flickering glow. When the sun shines, parasols provide shade for visitors sitting at the low-level tables.

    Meeting Rooms

    On the first-floor mezzanine level six meeting rooms of various sizes are available for board meetings, investor presentations and celebration signings.

    Five of the meeting rooms are fitted with a state-of-the-art high definition optical turnkey system that allows total connectivity for media broadcasting, recording, editing and mixing.

    Stairs link these rooms to the Ballroom and they also connect to the mezzanine dining area of the The Northall.
