Located within the luxurious setting of the 5-star Westbury Hotel, restaurant Alyn Williams offers Michelin-starred fine dining with an emphasis on seasonality.

Since joining The Westbury in 2011, Alyn and his team have worked tirelessly to earn the reputation of being one of Mayfair’s leading dining destinations. Thanks to a childhood spent nurturing allotments with his father, Alyn’s cooking is perfectly in tune with the seasons and only the ripest ingredients feature on his menus. Presented in a modern yet elegant fashion, the food perfectly reflects the classic setting of the restaurant. It was such attention to detail that led to the restaurant being awarded its Michelin star in 2012, the same year Alyn was awarded the coveted ‘National Chef of the Year’ title, followed by four AA rosettes.

Drinks pairings are just as important as the food at Alyn Williams. As well as ordering wines by the glass or bottle, carefully-selected wine pairings are available for every menu, recommended by the Head Sommelier.

The Wine Room

A wine enthusiasts dream… Seating up to ten, the wine room is the focal point of our dining room. Here, guests can choose a wine flight from the selection of eight hundred rare labels that encase the room.

Head sommelier Kosta is on hand to guide guests through the list and share his passion and knowledge. From your chosen wine selection, the kitchen brigade will create a totally bespoke tasting menu to compliment your choices.


The Aspen Room

The Aspen Room is a versatile private dining space suited to everything from intimate family get-togethers, to corporate meetings, product launches and everything in between. Seating up to twenty two guests, your party can enjoy canapés and reception drinks in in this semiprivate setup, before the flick of a switch frosts over the huge glass window to make for a totally private experience apt for both business and pleasure.

Alyn and his team offer two distinct menus to suit the needs of your event, whether it’s a quick lunch meeting or a celebratory evening among friends. On the date, your party will be taken care of by a dedicated sommelier and headwaiter to offer you the most personalised service you and your guests could wish for.

3 COURSE TAILORED MENU: £75 per person

6 COURSE TASTING MENU: £95 per person


For those who like to have the place to themselves, Alyn and his team can offer a completely bespoke setting for the party of a lifetime. When hosting exclusive events the food and beverage offerings are one hundred percent tailored to the needs of your special day, ranging form canapés, to bowl food or a full sit-down dinner for up to eighty five.
