Occupying the first floor of the stylish Metropolitan Hotel, the chic, minimalist restaurant is popular with A-list celebrities and keen gourmands who flock for Nobu’s Japanese-Peruvian flavours and high quality sushi from Executive Chef Mark Edwards and Head Chef Hideki Maeda. The menu boasts some of Nobu’s iconic dishes such as the world-famous Black Cod Miso and Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeño, whilst also encouraging diners to taste-test more contemporary dishes at the same time.
