The unique recipe fillings of the Pittabuns introduce the guests to a modern take on Greek traditional flavours. Filled with the best meats and vegetables that can be found in the market and then topped with different homemade sauces and spreads, the classic Pitta is elevated to new sensory heights.
The recipes are based on fine cuts of meat, which are slow cooked overnight until tender and juicy. During the day, all meats are hanged by hooks over a hand-crafted open rotisserie to caramelise and finally finished on a charcoal robata giving a smokey flavour to the fillings.
Freshly hand-cut chips and colourful, crunchy salads made from the finest Mediterranean ingredients complement the offering. Indulge yourself in the vibrant ‘Dakos’ salad made with sweet cherry tomatoes, rusks from Kithira island, capers from Kea island and a fine peppery feta cheese or the playful Greek version of a classic coleslaw, topped with fresh dill and our golden extra virgin olive oil.
