The menu, created by Executive Chef Alexandre Nicolas, incorporates the classic flavours and vivid colours of the Riviera, with a focus on simple creations using the best ingredients.
The light, airy and glamorous room with sea-blue and white pearlescent themes directly references the Riviera. The adjacent private dining room seats up to 12 guests and provides an intimate space for a bespoke private or corporate experience.
Additionally, two private spaces host 10 and 8 guests with the option to connect the two rooms for larger groups of up to 25 guests.
The restaurant can also be fully privatised upon request.
