A concept of clean light, traditional ceilings and Andes design elements follows throughout Andina giving the unique Peruvian food and drinks centre stage.
Designed through a collaboration between Martin Morales and the acclaimed Schneider Designers and Here Design, Andina presents the idea of a traditional Andean house.
As you walk in you are greeted by an open kitchen and communal dining area, with a breakfast bar to one side and a kitchen bar at the other.
Beyond the ground floor dining area and kitchen is The Music Room, a room housing Martin Morales’ collection of over 2,000 Peruvian 7-inch singles of punk, funk, chicha and cumbia from the 60s and 70s. It’s the largest of its kind in the world and Peruvian music’s first ever dedicated space. The Music Room features high ceilings and a high skylight allowing fabulous light during the day. Ideal for breakfast meetings, working lunches, indulgent dinners and lazy weekend brunches.
Downstairs, the main dining area features a dedicated Ceviche Bar and a Pisco & Chicha Bar. Large banquettes can seat up to 20 guests on one long table, providing an ideal setting that can accommodate 40 people seated and 60 people standing.
