Tucked just off London’s iconic King’s Road in the heart of Chelsea, The Chalk Freehouse combines Michelin-starred pedigree with the warmth and character of a great British neighbourhood pub.

Part of the Tom Kerridge family and sister to The Hand & Flowers, the world’s only two Michelin-starred pub, The Chalk is led by Head Chef Tom De Keyser, who has spent more than a decade working alongside Tom Kerridge. His cooking is rooted in exceptional British produce, bold flavours and seasonally driven menus, delivering restaurant-quality food in a relaxed, stylish setting.

For intimate occasions, The Chalk’s Private Dining Room accommodates up to 10 guests with no minimum spend. It’s an ideal setting for business lunches, birthdays, family celebrations, discreet dinners and special occasions, offering the privacy of your own room alongside the hospitality and atmosphere of the pub.

The food offering evolves throughout the year. Our monthly changing set menu, available Monday to Friday lunch and early dinner, offers two courses for £30 or three for £35, while the seasonal à la carte menu showcases Tom De Keyser’s ingredient-led approach to modern British cooking.

On Sundays, the focus turns to one of the great British traditions, with a dedicated Sunday menu featuring generous roasts and all the trimmings, perfect for a long, leisurely lunch around the table.

For the festive season, our newly launched Christmas Party Menu brings the Tom Kerridge approach to Christmas dining, creating an intimate setting for celebrations with colleagues, friends and family.

Alongside the food sits a carefully curated wine list, classic cocktails and premium beers, all served with relaxed, knowledgeable hospitality.
