This is balanced with discreet service from his friendly and knowledgeable team, always happy to go that extra mile to suit the occasion.

Marcus’ style of cooking is modern and light delivering the best flavours, focusing on ingredients from all over the British Isles and further afield. 

The elegant Pomerol Room is available for larger groups for lunch or dinner. Adjoining the main restaurant, the room is totally private offering a unique dining experience, ideal for a celebration or corporate event. Marcus has prepared a wide range of set menus for the host to choose from varying in price and with vegetarian options also available.

At the heart of the restaurant lies The Chef’s Table; intimate, luxurious and strategically positioned to oversee the workings of the kitchen and the theatrics that each day brings.  A bespoke menu is created for your table; a culinary tour of dishes that can be enjoyed with matching wines chosen by our sommelier for a truly unforgettable experience.

The Private Dining Room is as private as you want it with dark blinds lining the windowed walls. Meanwhile, mirrored doors open into, or separate you from, the main restaurant. The sleek black walls and black chairs set around the tables, neatly iced with glass table decorations and the art deco crystal chandelier combine to provide a simple yet sumptuous setting for your desired dining experience.
