Private rooms for group dining events at The Beaumont Mayfair
The Beaumont Mayfair offers three elegant rooms for private dining, business meetings, weddings and family events: the Lotos Room, the Sargent Room, and the Munnings Room.
With interiors by the world-renowned interior designer Thierry Despont, these splendid rooms, with their elegant styling and extraordinary works of art, lend themselves to any number of different occasions, for entertaining, celebrating, socialising, connecting, creating, talking, dining and learning.
AV facilities include large, hidden plasma screen televisions, surround sound and high-speed Wi-Fi, all discreetly serviced from a separate AV room. And of course, come with the friendly, attentive and supremely efficient service that The Beaumont Mayfair is famous for.
The Lotos Room
Luxuriously panelled in banded cherrywood and walnut, the 69 sq. m Lotos Room is a versatile space. Furnished with leather chairs and an 18-seater (removable) boardroom table, it both equally suited for business meetings and drinks or dining. The Lotos Room is hung with portraits of Hollywood movie stars from the 1920s and 1930s, adding a splash of sophisticated glamour to your event.
The Sargent Room
Enjoying natural daylight, the mahogany panelled 69 sq. m Sargent Room features a grand (removable) boardroom table, and dramatic paintings by Kees van Dongen and John Singer Sargent, along with a discreetly concealed plasma screen for presentations. Bright and elegant, the Sargent Room can be connected to the Munnings Room by a shared lobby.
The Munnings Room
Our largest private dining room is versatile and comfortable. The 72 sq. m Munnings Room comfortably seats up to 40 guests for dining or 60 guests standing. Perfect for both evening and daytime events, the Munnings Room has an equestrian theme, with paintings by Alfred Munnings and George Stubbs.
