The welcoming interior pays homage to the architecture and quirky design of The Royal Brighton Pavilion, providing a perfect backdrop for business meetings, important events or weddings breakfasts.
The kitchen team, led by passionate head chef Adrian Hawkins, are all about ingenious fine dining, oozing enthusiasm and ideas to create outstanding dishes that feature on the Modern British menu concentrating on flavour, aesthetics and texture, all in equal measure. Beneath the main restaurant lies The Regency Room, the private dining room at Market. Unlike many private dining rooms, much thought and consideration has gone into the design of the space. The room can comfortably seat party groups or conferences delegates of between 8 and 24 guests. It can also be split into separate dining and bar areas which is perfect for private, intimate celebrations and corporate dinners. It has its own audio system, projection screen and dedicated waiting staff.
Graze also offers exclusive use of the entire restaurant (up to 55 guests) and the opportunity to host welcome drinks in The Regency Room before banqueting in the main restaurant (up to 36 guests).
