Elegant simplicity is the key to Italian food. At La Tagliata we believe in doing a few things really well. So our menu is limited to fresh pasta, Tagliata (sliced sirloin steak on a bed of rocket, parmesan and sweet cherry tomatoes), a couple of desserts or a cheese plate. We also offer a veggie option (baked Scamorza with black truffle paste, porcini and sun dried tomatoes), along with freshly baked bread and a compact list of carefully chosen Italian wines from small suppliers.
Tucked away in atmospheric Sandy’s Row between Liverpool Street Station and Spitalfields Market, the heritage building offers 7 private or semi private dining rooms, each accommodating 6 to 12 people.
Themed around rooms you would find in an elegant villa, choose from the library or pantry with concealed entrance doors, the study or drawing room (which can be combined) or the cellar, music room or dining room.
In total the venue will accommodate 60 people seated.
