Private dining events at abc kitchens at The Emory

Inspired by the vibrant, seasonal ingredients that define Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s celebrated approach, abc kitchens at The Emory offers a dining experience that is both refined and relaxed.

Marking the UK debut of Jean-Georges’ acclaimed abc brand, the restaurant brings his signature, ingredient-driven philosophy to London with a globally inspired menu that blends dishes from abc kitchen, abcV, and abc cocina.

Rooted in a farm-to-table ethos, the menu embraces sharing-led modern dining, encouraging guests to explore bold, balanced flavours together. Signature dishes such as Arroz con Pollo, scallop tartare and beetroot carpaccio highlight this approach, combining creativity with simplicity and the finest seasonal produce.

Guests will experience “Taste of ABC” set menu, priced at £110 per guest, featuring 10–13 signature dishes from the a la carte collection, served centrally for a convivial, sharing-style experience. Guests are welcome to select this menu or tailor their own journey by mixing and matching elements to suit their preferences.

Designed by Rémi Tessier and adorned with striking works by Damien Hirst, abc kitchens is a warm yet elegant space, vibrant and contemporary in style.

Floor-to-ceiling windows frame sweeping views of Hyde Park and Knightsbridge, enhancing the dynamic atmosphere across its three distinct areas, each offering a versatile setting for different dining experiences. For added flexibility, The Market Table features an optional curtain, allowing the space to transition seamlessly between a semi-private and fully private dining environment.
