Manicomio Chelsea is the original restaurant from the Manicomio Restaurant group founded in 2003, located off the fashionable Kings Road adjacent to Sloane Square

The elegant, cosy dining room, served by a professional and friendly team, provides the ideal haven for lunch or dinner 7 days. During the warmer months our 120 seat terrace, with its giant parasols, makes for the one of the finest alfresco dining spots in West London.

The mouth-watering menu at Manicomio offers a range of homemade pasta classics as well as ethically and sustainably sourced supreme quality UK meats and seafood.

The bar serves up an original list of the finest cocktails with a thoughtfully produced Italian and international wine list as well as a generous range of beers.

Private dining room at Manicomio Chelsea

The chic, contemporary conservatory private dining room along with the adjoining courtyard garden, is the ideal space for a private dinner or celebration, seating up to 24 guests and 40 – 40 standing for cocktail parties.

Available for hire from Monday to Sunday, we will help create a bespoke menu for your event from the restaurant’s a la carte menu, which showcases the best of seasonal and elegantly simple Italian cuisine.
