Starters include Smooth duck pate’ with sweet grape chutney and country bread, or if you want to keep it light, go for the Assortment of tropical fruits with mango coulis and fruit sorbet, and follow with an intermediate course of Cream of cauliflower and stilton soup. Mains include delicious Roast seabass on fried shrimps with warm lemon and dill olive oil for that Mediterranean touch, rich Sirloin of beef for hearty appetites or traditional Breast of turkey with all the trimmings, without forgetting a vegetarian choice of Spinach and gruyere cheese baked mushrooms with tomato and basil sauce.

Christmas would not be the same without Christmas pudding with a rum sauce, but if you fancy ringing the changes try zesty Lemon tart with raspberry compote, Smooth chocolate cheesecake with vanilla sauce or Tropical fruit salad with champagne syrup and vanilla pod ice-cream.
