Since opening in 2003, Tom Aikens restaurant has achieved noteworthy status among the top restaurants in the UK.
A modern take on classical French food, the menus offer flavoursome and imaginative dishes, complemented by an international wine list of over 300 bins. Typical dishes include poached lobster tail and rabbit fillet roasted in vanilla butter with rabbit cannelloni; roast Anjou pigeon breast with confit leg, pumpkin risotto, foie gras mousse and hazelnut crumb; and pistachio meringue with pistachio mousse, praline and pistachio cassonade with pistachio jelly.
Interior design studio Anouska Hempel Design has used dark colours and natural materials such as Belgian black hardstone, black American walnut and Portland stone to create the contemporary look of the 54-seat restaurant and the 10-seat private dining room, with artwork by Thomas Joshua Cooper.
The restaurant and the private dining room is available exclusively for private celebrations or corporate events, and the team at Tom Aikens can tailor the menus with wine pairings for a memorable experience.
