Kensington
Relax within the beautiful surroundings of Min Jiang’s private dining room, Chong Qing, with its high ceilings and breathtaking views of Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park and famous London landmarks such as The Eye and the Gherkin.
Named after the largest city in the Sichuan province, Chong Qing translates as Double Happiness. Adjoining the main restaurant, Chong Qing comfortably seats up to 18 guests on two round tables or up to 16 on one long oval table. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week.
Min Jiang is a critically acclaimed restaurant serving traditional dishes from China’s gastronomic provinces. The restaurant’s design and striking blue and white Chinese pots and vases contrast beautifully with the contemporary deep red walls, providing a fitting backdrop to the fine cuisine, including the famous Beijing duck which is cooked in a wood-fired oven and prepared and presented at your table in a number of different servings. The stylish bar is an ideal place to meet for aperitifs. Please contact us directly, we’d be delighted to discuss your requirements.
