The heart of every Mal is its brasserie. Serving down-to-earth ultra tasty cuisine and using the finest local produce, we’re proud of what we produce, and think it’s astoundingly good.

We also stock excellent wine, served by an intensely passionate team of sommeliers, who know just the red to go with your meal. Just ask and prepare to be amazed. With food and drink this good you could be forgiven for forgetting we do rooms too.

Malmaison Liverpool has 2 private dining rooms seating up to 10 people.

Leaving behind the Manhattan style for a moment, The Boudoir reminds you where Malmaison came from. Sat in a sumptuous chair, with an unhindered view of the Liver Building clock, you sip on that immaculate Rioja. The food is divine, the surroundings so bourgeois and decadent you’d be forgiven for thinking you were on the banks of the Seine.

For the more technological of you, enter the brushed steel world of The Kitchen. The TV dinner has evolved. Now via a live ‘Chef-cam’ you can witness your meal being created in a vibrant and lively kitchen environment. And they say TV is killing the art of conversation. Book yourself into The Kitchen for a night to change all that.

There are a further 4 private rooms suitable for dining  which can accommodate up to 40 people for dining and groups of 60 for drinks receptions. These feature floor to ceiling windows and 2 rooms even feature balconies.
