Overview

Situated in the leafy Winckley Square just off the hub of the city centre, Heathcotes Brasserie’s private dining room is unmistakably Preston’s number one restaurant.

Modern British and French cuisine cooked by Carl Noller and his brigade under the guidance of Paul Heathcote.

The private dining room can seat up to 60 people in its soft but modern interior, fabrics of silver and grape contrast with black and creams and wooden floors.

Menus can be tailored to everyone’s requirement but expect dishes from Bouillabaisse, crispy egg with asparagus and wild mushrooms, hash brown of black pudding and Lancashire cheese, fillet ofcotes beef and oxtail, plain grilled sole and even fish & chips, finish with pot au chocolat, apple crumble or Heathcote’s signature bread and butter pudding.

The restaurant is open from Tuesday to Saturday but is available Sunday & Monday by request 12 – 2.30pm and 5.30pm – 9.30pm and 10.00pm on a Saturday and Mrs Heathcote will normally be on hand to organise your event personally.

Expect to pay between £30 and £40 for three courses and coffee and house wine starts at £14.50.  Service is not charged and is discretionary.
