Overview
If you are looking for the perfect place to host a private breakfast, lunch or dinner then look no further!
Avenue is a stunningly beautiful restaurant and bar in the heart of St James’s / Mayfair in Central London. Designed by American architect, Rick Mather, the grand room with its high ceilings and fabulous lighting instinctively feels extravagant, generous and fun!
The private dining room can accommodate 18-20 people seated or 35 standing and can be booked for breakfast, lunch or dinner as well as cocktail parties, canapé receptions and even meetings or presentations.
Our lunch and dinner menus start from £35.00 per person for three courses and coffee.
We can also accommodate groups from 12 to 60 people in the main restaurant, whilst Avenue’s high ceilings and wow factor make it ideal for exclusive hires or for group Bookings.
Insider View
Anyone with a sense of London will know that this area is a playground for the rich but the private dining room at the Avenue is anything but pretentious. Funky and simple and for that reason oozing class, this is a great modern venue for a private event.
The private dining room can hold 16-20 on a big table or around 15 on a smaller table. Natural light floods through the room and optional blinds can be pulled down to separate private diners from the public restaurant. Notably, the back glass wall looks out onto the charming Crown Passage where a couple of cute cafes and beautiful brick buildings provide your backdrop. Should your meeting be informal, you’ll relish the character of the scene. Should the occasion be more formal, simply bring down the shades.
Bright red walls compliment a dark grey carpet. Clean lines prevail and the feel is very minimalist. A 46 inch plasma screen is available.
The room was revamped as recently as November 2009 so you’ll find the décor is suitably fresh.
British cuisine is brought bang up to date here in Piccadilly. In keeping with everything else, contemporary is the word. So why don’t you surprise your guests by bringing them to the Avenue, modern fine dining in the heart of the gentleman club’s neighbourhood.
